The Carbon County Weed and Pest has recently initiated a new program in which there are designated "spray days". The CCWP, along with concerned landowners, designates problem areas that need attention. Once these areas have been selected, the property owners are contacted and permission to spray is requested. There is no cost to the landowner and the only requirement is their participation. The "spray days" are usually a single day event and the CCWP provides lunch to the participants. This program has been extremely successful and we encourage subdivision, towns, and others to participate.
